Before you apply
These are the key rules for joining. The full commercial and operating terms are available in the Trade Terms and must also be formally accepted before your account can be activated.
Independent trade
You remain responsible for your workmanship, insurance, qualifications, registrations, tax and legal duties.
VettTrade jobs stay in VettTrade
Quotes, agreed changes, site evidence and VettTrade job payments must be handled through the VettTrade workflow.
Property authority
Do not begin work at a council property, housing-association property, managed block or commercial property unless the VettTrade job record confirms authorised instruction from the responsible council, housing association, landlord, managing agent, property owner or authorised business representative.
Regulated work
Only carry out work you are competent, insured and legally authorised to perform. Required registrations and qualifications must be current.
Evidence
Use the Trade App to record attendance, No Access and completion evidence when required.
